This was a full rehab project. Tim stepped in with a straightforward offer and a firm closing timeline, then carried the property through a complete renovation.

This was a fire damaged rental property. Tim contracted with the owner, cleaned up the property and prepared it for sale. The owner was happy with the result.

Commercial Property
House of God Tampa
This was a simple flooring job for a church in Tampa. Tim was able to work with them to reach an agreement that was satisfactory to both parties.

North St. Petersburg
This was a full rehab project from the exterior studs on in to replacement of all hardie board siding. All interior walls. Tim could have built a new home faster and easier!
An ADU was added to this property as well. This property also included fencing and a deck. It was a difficult project but completed with pride.
