Seller in despair. Signed contracts with multiple wholesalers only to have them back out at the last minute. Seller was going to lose their contract out of state. I stepped in with a win win. This was a full rehab project.

This was a fire damaged rental property. I contracted with the owner and I cleaned up the property and prepared for sale. The owner combined the insurance ACV and the money I paid him through the sale for a total price he was happy with.

House of God Tampa
This was a simple flooring job for a church in Tampa. The church had limited funds and we were able to work together to come to an agreement that was satisfactory to both parties.

3047 38th Ave N St Petersburg
This was a full rehab project from the exterior studs on in to replacement of all hardie board siding. All interior walls. I could have built a new home faster and easier!
An ADU was added to this property as well. This property also included fencing and a deck. It was a difficult project but completed with pride.

Here are “some” new custom home builds from Texas. I had a customer who bought back around 2005 contact me because his home was hit by lightning and burned down. He wanted me to rebuild it. I am very proud of the work I do!
